Elias Carrillo joined Cotton Holdings in 2020 and has over 17 years of experience in finance and accounting. As Executive Vice President of his department, Carrillo oversees the day-to-day accounting and finance activities, as well as technical accounting, corporate financial diligence, financial planning & analysis, financial modeling development, corporate budget integration, and consolidation reporting.

Before joining Cotton, Carrillo worked for private equities and publicly held organizations across the following industries: manufacturing & distribution, industrial, chemical, and pharmaceutical & biomedical. He has extensive experience with M&A financial integration, purchase price valuation, and organizational normalized valuation reporting.

A Houston native, Carrillo earned his Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Houston and completed two master’s degrees (Master of Accounting and Master of Business Administration - Finance) from the University of St. Thomas.
