
Dario Kanevsky joined Cotton Holdings in 2022 as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. In 2025, he was promoted to Vice President and Chief Human Relations Officer, where he now leads all aspects of human capital strategy across the Cotton family of companies. With more than 20 years of experience guiding HR teams at global organizations such as Emerson Electric, Medtronic and Cargill, Dario brings deep expertise in building growth-driven workplace cultures that deliver measurable and sustainable business outcomes

Dario holds a Master of Science from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany. He also serves as President of the USA Chapter of DCH, the International Organization of Human Capital Managers — the largest global ecosystem of HR leaders in the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America.

Kanesvky earned his Master of Science from the University of Minnesota and his Master of Business Administration from The State University of New York at Albany. Additionally, he currently serves as the President of the DCH’s USA Chapter (International Organization of Human Capital Managers), the largest global ecosystem of Human Resources Managers in the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America.
