The year was 1996. The Chicago Bulls were on their way to winning their 4th NBA Championship and young Pete Bell and Daryn Ebrecht had a dream of modernizing the restoration industry.

After hearing about their vision, Mr. Wayne Cotton, the founder of Cotton Moving and Storage, knew they were onto something great. With a generous offer from Mr. Cotton, our two founders were given the opportunity to make their dream come true.

Cotton Commercial USA was established that year in Houston, TX.

Grounded on the principle of providing innovative solutions and superior service, Cotton quickly earned a reputation for operational excellence. Success led to expansion and the organization now has several strategic partners and established response centers throughout the United States, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

Twenty-four years later, Cotton Holdings and its subsidiaries play an integral role in the recovery efforts following some of the world’s most catastrophic events. We are proud of the growth, strength, and drive of the entire Cotton Team, and we thank our partners and communities for their continued support.
