This month, Cotton Holdings, Inc. announced that Elias “Eli” Carrillo has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Finance, reporting to Bryan Michalsky, Chief Financial Officer. Carrillo will continue to lead the company’s finance department with responsibility for strategic financial initiatives and operations with division presidents.

“Since joining Cotton in March 2020, Eli has made an incredible impact working with Executive Management and the Merger & Acquisition team to bring in strong and successful companies to our portfolio. His ability to align strategic processes with business and financial goals has led to a more effective, high-performing finance team,” says Bryan Michalsky, CFO.

Carrillo has over 17 years of experience in finance and accounting with private equities and publicly held organizations across industries such as manufacturing & distribution, industrial, chemical, and pharmaceutical & biomedical. A Houston native, Carrillo earned his Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Houston and completed both a Master of Accounting and Master of Business Administration - Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
