WHAT TO KNOW WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT COTTONCON
As we prepare to embark on another exciting journey into CottonCon, we wanted to be sure you knew everything you needed to in order to successfully get the most out of your experience. Consider the tips below when you join us, whether you’re getting in early on Wednesday or coming only to our Success program on Thursday afternoon.
PARKING:
For those guests who will be driving in from the Greater Houston area to attend this year’s events, we know the first thing that’s probably on your mind: where am I going to park? Fortunately, we’ve got answers!
For overnight guests, your valet will be taken care of with a sticker provided to you at the hotel check-in desk. For non-overnight guests, your valet will also be taken care of with a sticker provided to you at the CottonCon registration table. If you choose to self-park, please utilize the North Avenida Parking Garage and bring your ticket to the CottonCon registration desk where there will be parking validation machines to utilize.
No matter what you choose, Cotton has you taken care of!
REGISTRATION:
Once you are inside the hotel, we ask that you check in at our registration table as soon as you are able to. CottonCon registration will be located on the 4th floor in front of the Texas ballroom as soon as you exit the elevator lobby. If you arrive on Tuesday, check-in will be from 3PM to 6PM. On Wednesday, check-in will be from 8AM until 1PM. All others must check in Thursday between 8AM and 12PM before Success begins.
Here you will receive your badge, personal schedule, and more to utilize on your journey through CottonCon.

Snap a few memories at our fun photo booth in the corner of the Texas Ballroom foyer in front of the David Mitzner Ballroom. If you share on social media, please use our hashtag #CottonCon23 so that we can enjoy them too!
We’ve also brought the store back this year filled with exclusive CottonCon items, our Summer collection and brand-new Astros + Cotton merchandise. You’ll find our Co-op pop-up shop on the 4th Floor, between elevator lobby & stairwell, in front of Texas Ballroom A-C. It will be open on Wednesday from 8AM - 7PM and on Thursday from 8AM - 5PM. The shop will close during all active sessions, so swing by during breaks and meals!
Cotton Success livestream access will be forthcoming from IT for those who are not able to join us in person.
