As we prepare to embark on another exciting journey into CottonCon, we wanted to be sure you knew everything you needed to in order to successfully get the most out of your experience. Consider the tips below when you join us, whether you’re getting in early on Wednesday or coming right off a job site to our Holiday Soiree on Friday night!

PARKING:

For those guests who will be driving in from the Greater Houston area to attend this year’s events, we know the first thing that’s probably on your mind: where am I going to park? Fortunately, we’ve got answers!

When you arrive, you may utilize valet parking by simply driving up to the vestibule and indicating you are with Cotton. If you choose to do self-parking instead, take your self-parking ticket to CottonCon registration and we will validate. You will also be able to obtain parking validation at the hotel front desk by letting them know you are with Cotton.

No matter what you choose, Cotton has you taken care of!

REGISTRATION:

Once you are inside the hotel, we ask that you check-in at our registration table as soon as you are able to. CottonCon registration will be located on the 1st floor past the elevator bank to the right of Hotel’s check-in desk. If you arrive on Wednesday, check-in will be from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. All others must check-in Thursday between 7:30 AM and 1:00 PM.

Here you will receive your badge, personal schedule, and more to utilize on your journey through CottonCon.

HOTELS:

As we mentioned previously, rooms have been reserved for ONLY out of town guests from either Wednesday (Dec. 1) or Thursday (Dec. 2) to Saturday (Dec. 4). If you indicated that you required hotel accommodations during your registration, no other action is required. Simply provide your name at check-in and a room will be held in your name.

DON’T MISS:

Once you’re settled in, don’t miss out on the many special treats we have for you throughout your visit to CottonCon.

Snap a few memories at our fun photo booths stationed on the 2nd floor next to Magnolia Ballroom (for use throughout the event) and on the 3rd floor next to Wisteria Ballroom (for use during our Holiday Soiree only!) Be sure to use our hashtag #CottonCon21 so that we can share and enjoy your great photos too!

We’ve also brought the store to you this year with a very exciting Cotton Co-op pop-up shop filled with brand-new, exclusive CottonCon merchandise and many items from our recent Fall/Winter collection. You’ll find our Co-op pop-up shop in Lantana, across from Magnolia, open from 8AM - 5PM on Thursday and 8AM - 3PM on Friday. The shop will close during all active sessions, so swing by during breaks and meals!
