We’ve changed the format for our holiday programs this year, so we’re taking a quick moment to break down all of the exciting events taking place so that you don’t miss a thing.

Thursday, December 2nd - CottonCon

You will start your Day 1 at divisional meetings led by your department. You will be notified by them of what time these will occur and for how long. These will only be for those divisions whose leadership requested it and will be closed to those divisions.

Following lunch at 12 PM, you will head to a selection of professional development summits over three different blocks. These will be led by your colleagues and select leaders from outside of Cotton who have been brought in for your benefit. Each session is meant to guide you through different professional and personal skill courses of your choosing, so choose carefully!

We will end with a general session where we will hear from our C-Suite and a keynote from a very special Houstonian. After that, we’ll finish the evening off at Golden Hour with cocktails and light bites amongst the entire Cotton Family.

Friday, December 3rd AM - Cotton Annual Success Meeting

When Day 2 begins, Meet at Wisteria ballroom for breakfast before we begin a fun day of Cotton Success! Please plan to stay for the entire program which will feature leadership presentations, award ceremonies, and an exciting guest speaker that you will not want to miss.

Friday, December 3rd PM - Cotton Holiday Soirée

After Cotton Success, we will have a break to allow you to prepare for our grand finale, the annual Cotton Holiday Soirée. The party starts at 6:30 PM for a brief cocktail hour in the Azalea Prefunction. At 7 PM, the fun begins as our Holiday Soirée officially starts in the magnificent Azalea Ballroom. Stay for the food, drinks, and holiday cheer as the entire Cotton Team celebrates the night away!
