Chris Sneck joined Cotton in 2000 as a Superintendent in the Construction Division and has since risen through the ranks to become Co-Chief Executive Officer of Cotton Holdings in 2025. Over his 25-year tenure, Chris has been instrumental in shaping the company’s construction and disaster recovery operations, bringing hands-on expertise, visionary leadership and a deep commitment to operational excellence.

Beginning his career in ground-up construction, Chris gained early experience building homes, shopping centers and commercial properties before joining Cotton. His journey within the company reflects his dedication and leadership, advancing through roles including Project Manager, Estimator, Production Manager, Vice President, Partner and eventually Co-CEO.

In 2010, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Construction, overseeing national and international projects valued at over $25 million annually. Chris has managed complex, multimillion-dollar rebuilds across diverse industries, including healthcare, education, hospitality and large-scale commercial operations. He has led recovery efforts following every major hurricane since 2003, consistently delivering fast, reliable and high-quality solutions for clients during their most critical times of need.

Specializing in managing large-scale construction operations under high-pressure, high-demand conditions, Chris has earned a reputation for driving efficiency, safety and client satisfaction while navigating complex recovery environments. As Co-CEO, Chris continues to advance Cotton Holdings’ mission to be a global leader in infrastructure support services, focusing on sustainable growth, operational innovation and delivering unmatched service to clients worldwide.
