1. What is your role on the Cotton Team? What are 3 words you would use to describe it?

- My role as Executive Assistant means I step in wherever I’m needed to help the team. Throughout my career at Cotton, I have had many responsibilities, and I’ve enjoyed being involved in a little bit of everything, making sure our team has what it needs to be successful. Three words to describe my role include “adaptable,” “resourceful” and “reliable.”

2. Where is your favorite place in the world?

- My favorite place is the driver’s seat on a road trip — music up, windows down and new places to explore!

3. What does “One Call. One Team. Total Recovery.” mean to you?

- I feel like the history of this company and the experience of our leaders has made it so that once we get a call, the rest just flows. One Call sends the One Team to help our clients get Total Recovery.

4. How does Cotton go above and beyond for our clients?

- I believe Cotton’s collective experience allows us to anticipate client needs, respond quickly with solutions and create a positive experience every step of the way. Our top priority is making sure each client knows that getting their business back up and running is what matters most to us.

5. Tell us something about yourself that might surprise us!

- I was born and raised in a small town in Missouri. The name of that small town (population 2,179) is Houston, Missouri, located in Texas County!
