Cotton Holdings Inc., a Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) member, has been chosen to present four sessions at the 2017 Annual Conference and Exhibition in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The first session, “M&M and M&A: Getting a Taste for Mergers & Acquisitions,” will be presented by Cotton’s EVP of Risk Management, Lance Ewing, and Larry Warner of Warner Risk Group. The second educational presentation is titled “Two World's Joined. Risk and Compliance”. Jennifer Santiago, Strategic Risk Management Leader for Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Lance Ewing will copresent. Additionally, Lance Ewing will present “Knowing the Risks When You Cross Over. Doing Business in Mexico and Canada” in the RIMS Hub Thought Leader Theatre on the exhibit hall floor. Last, “The Wild World of Entertainment”RIMS Industry Session will be a two-hour panel discussion on risks facing the entertainment industry. Moderated by Lance Ewing, the panelists include Anthony Avitabile of Major League Baseball, Tim East of the Walt Disney Company, Vincent Foderingham of Feld Entertainment and Jennifer Marino of the law firm, Groelle & Salmon PA.
