One (1) winner will receive two (2) game tickets to the Lone Star Showdown on November 27, 2026 at Kyle Field and two (2) wristbands to the Cotton tailgate tent; entries are accepted from 12:00 a.m. Central Time on Monday, November 9, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Friday, November 20, 2026, and the complete Official Rules follow below.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1. Introduction and Sponsor
The Cotton Holdings Lone Star Showdown Ticket Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Cotton Holdings, Inc., 840 W Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77024, including its subsidiaries that do business as Cotton Global Disaster Solutions, Cotton Roofing, Cotton Logistics, Cotton Culinary, and related brands (collectively, “Cotton” or “Sponsor”).
The Promotion is a sweepstakes. The winner will be determined by random drawing, and no skill is involved. These Official Rules govern the Promotion. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Cotton Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and each of their spouses) and household members (people who share the same residence, whether or not related) of each, are not eligible to enter or win.
Sponsor may require proof of age, identity, and residency. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on Monday, November 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on Friday, November 20, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before the Entry Period begins or after it ends will not be accepted. Sponsor’s computer (or that of its entry form provider, Typeform) is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
4. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, visit https://form.typeform.com/to/I3cvaOSC during the Entry Period and complete and submit the official entry form, including all required information. There is no other method of entry, and there is no fee to enter.
Entering does not require sharing, tagging, liking, commenting on, or posting anything on social media, and doing any of those things will not increase your chances of winning.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, or automated entries, including entries generated by any script, macro, bot, or other automated means, may be disqualified. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Standard data rates may apply to entries submitted from a mobile device.
5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value
One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize consists of two (2) game tickets to the Lone Star Showdown on November 27, 2026 at Kyle Field, plus two (2) wristbands to the Cotton tailgate tent.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize: $1,500. The ARV is Sponsor’s good-faith estimate based on the market value of comparable game tickets and tailgate hospitality as of November 2026. The actual value of the prize may vary, and no difference between the ARV and the actual value will be awarded.
The prize consists only of the items expressly listed above. Transportation, lodging, parking, and any other costs or expenses not expressly included with the tickets or tailgate wristbands are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitution of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any part of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Any part of the prize that is not accepted or used by the winner will be forfeited.
The game date, time, and venue are subject to the event organizer and may change. Use of the tickets and tailgate wristbands is subject to all terms, conditions, and policies of the ticket issuer, the venue, the event organizer, and Sponsor’s tailgate, including any age, conduct, and security requirements, and Sponsor may refuse or revoke tailgate access for anyone who does not comply with them. Sponsor is not responsible if the game or tailgate is rescheduled, relocated, delayed, or canceled for any reason, and in that event Sponsor will have no further obligation to the winner regarding the affected part of the prize.
6. Winner Selection, Notification, and Forfeiture
On or about Tuesday, November 24, 2026, Sponsor (or its designee) will select one (1) potential winner by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address submitted on the entry form. The potential winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours after it is sent and must sign and return any documents required under Section 9 by the deadline stated in the notification.
If a potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion and as time permits before the game, select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. A potential winner is not confirmed as the winner until Sponsor has verified the potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for notification emails that are lost, delayed, or filtered as spam.
7. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. General Conditions and Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; submitting more than one entry, an incomplete entry, or an automated entry; providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information; or otherwise violating these Official Rules or acting in a disruptive manner.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including because of fraud, technical failures, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion. If the Promotion is canceled or terminated, Sponsor may select the winner by random drawing from among the eligible entries received before that action was taken.
If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with the entry. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that term. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The Promotion is sponsored and administered solely by Sponsor.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY PERSON WHO MAKES SUCH AN ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Publicity and Releases
As a condition of receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a release of liability, and, where lawful, a publicity release within the time stated in the winner notification. If any required document is not signed and returned on time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The winner’s guest may also be required to sign a release of liability and, where lawful, a publicity release before using the guest ticket and tailgate wristband.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, and statements about the Promotion for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further compensation, notice, or approval.
10. Limitation of Liability and Release
By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability of any kind, including personal injury, death, or property damage, arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including attendance at the game or tailgate and any related travel.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications; (b) technical, hardware, software, network, server, or other failures or malfunctions of any kind, including any failure of the entry form or its provider; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (d) incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by entrants or by any equipment or programming associated with the Promotion; (e) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion; or (f) printing, typographical, or other errors in these Official Rules or any Promotion materials.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROMOTION OR THE PRIZE, AND THE PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages or the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Privacy
Entries are collected through Typeform, a third-party online form provider. Information submitted with an entry is collected and used in accordance with Cotton’s Privacy Policy at https://cottonholdings.com/privacy-policy and is also subject to Typeform’s privacy policy.
Sponsor may use entrant information to administer the Promotion, including to verify eligibility, select and contact the winner, award the prize, and comply with applicable law. Sponsor will use entrant information to send Cotton marketing communications only if the entrant consented to receive them on the entry form, and anyone who receives those communications may opt out at any time.
12. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner if required by law, and the winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or other tax information before the prize is awarded.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (a) any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules, or the prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas; (b) any claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Promotion, and in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) the entrant waives any right to claim indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages and any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
14. Winner List

Requests will be fulfilled after the winner has been confirmed.
15. Meta, Facebook, and Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any of their affiliates. By entering, each entrant completely releases Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, and Instagram from any and all liability related to this promotion.
Information submitted with an entry is provided to Sponsor, not to Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. Questions, comments, or complaints about the Promotion should be directed to Sponsor.
