Work with local management and VP of Human Resources to hire, term, implement, facilitate and communicate all employee related processes, procedures and policies.
Work closely with local management and safety personnel to promote safety awareness
Maintain OSHA Log and attend Benefit Review hearings for local region when necessary.
Work closely with facilities to manage workers comp file.
Work with local managers to guide and promote performance improvement.
Monitor and ensure evaluations are done timely and accurate to reflect both negative and positive feedback.
Communicate the importance of consistency and documentation to all management levels
Work with the local management team to support and develop programs to increase productivity.
Work with VP of HR to develop training programs specifically identified as need in a region.
Selecting the right candidates to present to Hiring Manager to interview for open positions.
Collecting and using the appropriate documentation for any hearing or investigation.
Understand the laws, policies and procedure to provide management with the appropriate advises regarding any issue.
